So happy we've contacted Cotton Coverage for our homeowners insurance - they saved us hundreds in the first year and the annual premium has remained pretty much the same. We're currently in between the sale of our home and purchase of a new one, and our rep Rachel has been a great in helping us navigate what's needed to be done. This place is awesome. Karen is a rock star insurance broker; she went the extra mile for us to get us a good rate. Here's the story: After 30 years of driving with no claims, we had 1 "at fault" claim (backed into and nipped the corner of a construction trailer which ripped the rear bumper off). Progressive, as a result, jacked our rates up from $1900 annually to ~$3300 annually for 2 cars. I called Esurance on my own, and they wanted $4500 annually ! Karen worked her magic and got us a rate for $1675 for the 2 cars, annually. I will never go anywhere else. (And avoid Esurance like the plague !)
