They incorrectly filed my insurance paperwork when I relocated to Mass that led to lapse in coverage. This lapse in coverage caused an issue with the DMV in previous state and resulted in my license getting suspended. Due to this mistake I was ineligible for multiple employment opportunities I had been considering. I had to work directly with the carrier to get this issue resolved. Later, when they convinced me to switch insurance companies, they failed to set up the payments as discussed when I agreed to switch companies. Subsequently, I missed a payment I was never notified was due and this caused my rates to go up. Could not be more dissatisfied.

I deal with insurance agents at work daily and some are not very pleasant to work with. But when you come across someone who should be commended for their efforts, I am the first to share my experience. Today, I worked with Nicole over the phone to assist our mutual customer. Nicole was very efficient, and took care of the customer's needs right away. She was a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Nicole for making my experience with Coughlin a pleasurable one.
