What an unprofessional establishment!! If I could, I’d give a negative 5 stars! I called to get another loan from Covington Credit. I had paid off my previous loan three months early & was never late. In fact, I usually paid about a week early. Even though they had previously loaned me more than I requested this time, I had to basically go through the application process again which wasn’t a big deal. I was told that I would receive a return call within 10-20 minutes. It’s now been over 24 hours and when I called them to check on the status, I was placed on hold, listening to a recording for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and will NEVER use this business again for ANY reason! As another reviewer has said, STAY AWAY from here!

First manager was good then they changed interest rates , don't do it ever example payment per month for a loan was $96 and amount owed after payment would only go down $4 ,,, very high interest rates
