Horrible they raised my rate spent 3 hours on phone. Had to go to store to resolve. Gave us new modem have to hook up yourself and guess what phone don’t work. For the money they charge they should be here installing. Oh yea when they did initial install rooms are left disconnected. Called but no resolution. Absolutely disappointed back to Verizon we go
