was approached by a sales rep at a retail store to change from Verizon to Cox Communications, got an actual contract/service agreement with price quote, we changed to cox, and cox did not honor our contract quote, spoke with customer service supervisor named Jerome 3/5/18 and was rude and said cant do anything, your out of luck! Nice..Also I am trying to reach out to Jay Allbaugh Sr. VP in RI Warwick office, cant reach him! Very dissatisfied, just wanted to pay what I was quoted in my contract.Bad Business Practice....Consumer fraud
