Nice Web site, therefore I called. I was hurriedly told the best way to get an estimate is to email one of the reps. Apparently that’s not so. I emailed nearly 2 weeks ago. Yes, I had the correct address. I have a client starting up a new business, and there will be a lot of print. I’d have jumped all over that. For starters, I would never brush someone off the phone, throw an email address out, and assume business will be handled. You answer the phone? Be ready to be a professional. Get my name and number... and follow up... SOON. My detailed request and contact info were in my email. I even stated, “Feel free to call me.” Email is never 100%, kids. You pick up the phone and call for verification. This potential long-term client fell through the cracks. The staff profile photos say it all.
