I really have mixed feelings about this company and its employees. Can't complain about having a quick quote or taking orders but then follow up and customer care is lacking. For instance, the sales rep (Marguerite) does not reply to email if there is a problem after the delivery and does not return calls. They also took 6 month to refund me after failing to deliver the stickers. I placed an order for uniforms for my staff and received 10 jackets (out of 14) with broken zip. So I understand the problem is coming from their supplier, but a quick check would have avoided return process and long wait. Unfortunately will not work with them anymore.
