Maybe make sure your staff who answers our crisis calls don’t seem high. I have never felt worse than when I called this hotline at my most desperate moment, just to feel like I was speaking to someone who just finished smoking weed or doing heroin. I broke down and NEEDED this service and it truly failed me. Now I have NO CLUE who to turn to or what to do....
