You wouldn't believe me, but it's TRUE. I went to work here because I wanted to contribute to those in need. I have a degree in psychology, and years of experience in mental health settings. They treat their employees like TRASH!I was told they were like this but figured such a great place couldn't really be this bad... it is.Management doesn't appreciate you, and if they dont like you, There's a target on your back. Another employee warned me but they did it to me too. They were mad because they assigned online classes to be done at home, and didnt like that I pointed out that is against federal law. That was it. Days later they called me in to the office with a manager and director. Manager asked questions and when I started speaking the director began yelling at me, called me a liar, and more. Then HR person walked in. Things continued and then the manager accused me of jumping down her throat. I never said anything rude nor raised voice or anything, but the manager and director wanted to fire me. Hr pulled me aside and acknowledged what they did was wrong. I was done and wouldn't work there anyway, so she said if I quit she would label me as desirable and warnednif I did t do that they would make reasons to fire me.This place outs o n a good front, but when you constantly treat those that actually interact with public and patients, you know its rotten just under the surface.If you need help, call or use them, but dont think you will part of a good thing to work there, you mean nothing to them.
