Kevin Thompson has ALWAYS been so polite, courteous and professional when communicating. When asked for help of any kind in regards to insurance, he is very prompt in getting back to us with the information we've requested. He has a great attitude and helps us feel well taken care of. I've never experienced such personal, high level customer service before like from Kevin! He really is an AWESOME agent to work with!!

Kevin in particular is ALWAYS prompt with responses. ALWAYS informative. AND provides invaluable insights into insurance related inquiries and concerns.. Commercial insurance is new to me as a new business owner, yet Kevin is instrumental in effectively informing me where I lack knowledge.I live in "Tacoma" yet am thankful to cross insurance "Centralia" for the services it provides to me, and thankful for it's hiring managers decision to make Kevin part of that team. Yesica and team are very great at helping each person. They take the time to explain thoroughly what each coverage is like, prices etc. and what would best fit you and your family members. Highly recommend these folks they always call back when they say they will. Old school customer service and respect their customers!
