Mitch Leonard ran some insurance quotes for our personal home, rental home, and cars, and he took the time to go through the quotes with us, line by line, to make sure we understood the coverage that we would be receiving. He went above and beyond with answering our questions and ensuring that we would have adequate coverage. So at that point, we were already very pleased with his services. Then, when my husband got in a car accident last week, we called Mitch to see what we needed to do. Mitch was very sympathetic to our situation and promptly got us on the line to file our claim with Progressive. From obtaining a rental car, to having all the repairs made on our vehicle, the process was completely seamless. What could have been a stressful event, ended up to not really be so bad. We are so thankful that Mitch had us insured the way that he did, and we would highly recommend him to anyone! Mitch is awesome, friendly, and an expert at what he does! THANK YOU!
