I would give them zero stars if possible. Been to them before, they embroidered my chef coats with my company logo, did a great job. I brought in a colleague's jacket to get his done, as well as brought mine back to add names. Well... They put the wrong names on the jackets and I picked them up right before going to a fundraiser. A little embarrassing being around other chefs who know you having the wrong name on your coat. Also, once my initial shock wore off about the name switch, I noticed what a terrible job they did anyway. Horrible quality on the stitching, crooked lines, missing a stitch here and there, and on one of the jackets they obviously messed up, re-did it and made it worse. Now if I get them redone they'll be ruined and full of holes. Each jacket cost around $150 to replace and I hope when I go back they'll replace them.
