Used this company for approx 1-1/2 years. Would not recommend at all. They promise more than they can provide.When we decided to cancel and move our account, Mike was very short, meaning it sounded like he was upset we we're leaving. He never asked why, but gave me a hassle about when our last payment was due. I tried to confirm with him over a month before the final payment was due, to make sure we were on the same page, but response. Kept trying, because I wanted to make sure he was stopping the charges on the correct date. Well, that didn't happen, he kept charging us another month. When I confronted him on this, he admitted it was an oversight, but he would only refund us the original cost, not the late fee and interest we incurred on the credit card. This was the only item on this card, so we knew all the charges were from his mistaken monthly charge.
