Why we choose Dale. We were with a local Agent for State Farm, my son had borrowed my daughter's car, long story short, another driver hit him, and the car was totaled. The agent at the time tried talking us into settling for way less than the vehicle was worth, After almost a month of dealing with our agent and getting nowhere, I called Dale because he was recommended by so many people, that had switched to him, we had all our insurance transferred to Dales office. A week later Dale closed our claim and got us another $1700 for the vehicle; he was straightforward from the beginning and honest, he also advised us we were paying for insurance we didn't need or that they could restructure it in a different way that would cover us more and cost a lot less. Called to get coverage on a motorhome because I was recommended to State Farm by previous owner as he had coverage though State Farm. I was told he would call me right back after he got some answers from underwriting. After 6 days of waiting I called John Allen's office where Jo had a quote for me on the phone and coverage bound within 12 hours. Dale's office called me back 7 days after my call to them. I switched my home, 3 vehicles, motorcycle and motorhome to State Farm with Jo. Don't waste your time calling Dale's office, call someone who cares about new customers.

And once again, my road side service rider on my car insurance saved me! On the way down to a conference in Milwaukee, the weather was terrible and my friend turned on the right side dome light to help me navigate. Inadverdantly, the light was left on and when we got in the car to drive home on Saturday the battery was completely dead. I called Dale's office and was referred to someone in Milwaukee who could help. Within 20 minutes I had help and was on my home! Thanks Dale for advising me to keep up with the road side coverage--it's worth every penny!
