Why we choose Dale. We were with a local Agent for State Farm, my son had borrowed my daughter's car, long story short, another driver hit him, and the car was totaled. The agent at the time tried talking us into settling for way less than the vehicle was worth, After almost a month of dealing with our agent and getting nowhere, I called Dale because he was recommended by so many people, that had switched to him, we had all our insurance transferred to Dales office. A week later Dale closed our claim and got us another $1700 for the vehicle; he was straightforward from the beginning and honest, he also advised us we were paying for insurance we didn't need or that they could restructure it in a different way that would cover us more and cost a lot less.
