Called to get coverage on a motorhome because I was recommended to State Farm by previous owner as he had coverage though State Farm. I was told he would call me right back after he got some answers from underwriting. After 6 days of waiting I called John Allen's office where Jo had a quote for me on the phone and coverage bound within 12 hours. Dale's office called me back 7 days after my call to them. I switched my home, 3 vehicles, motorcycle and motorhome to State Farm with Jo. Don't waste your time calling Dale's office, call someone who cares about new customers.
