Feedback:

After getting in an accident State Farm had terrible service from Beginning to end. Being passed around on a "team" when the team had zero clue what the last person talked about is not a team. Was told finally after being on the phone for THREE hours that my claims check would be ready to pick up the next day. Never got a phone call so Monday I called and all I was greeted with was oh you will have to wait for the mail. Called again Tuesday and same lady said all you can do is wait on the mail. Wednesday I called this office again and was met with the same answer. So I called the corporate "team" and another lady said oh I see your information from last week.... Okay where is my check? I believe someone forgot to send it. Are you serious?!?!? FInally I get a call Friday saying my check finally arrived. I ask if I can extend my rental car 3 days so I can get a new car. I was met with a rude no I am at my limit, I have to turn it in tomorrow. Terrible, lazy, do not care about their clients at this State Farm office. Will be looking into new insurance next week. Stay Away
