I'm a client for life! I've used other insurance companies/brokers in the past, and this is hands-down the best customer service I've ever had. The team always addresses my questions and/or concerns in a thoughtful and timely manner. My policies/quotes are never rushed. The team thoroughly looks at all the details on my plans to evaluate what is needed/what is not, and they work with me to create the package that makes the most financial sense while maintaining the coverage needed. I NEVER have to second guess that things will be done/done correctly - they always are. In a time where customer service experiences are diminishing in general, this group of extraordinary folks have a client-centered focus reminiscent of times gone by. On top of that, they are able to get some of the best rates in town! I really couldn't ask for more.
