The people are usually nice. However for my child that has issues with transitioning and has a hard time understanding why people are suddenly gone from his life the fact that twice in two months they have up and changed his therapist with little to no warning doesn’t seem very productive. On top of that cancelling an appointment one hour prior to time and adding just “you’ll actually reschedule with someone else I won’t be seeing him again” is very unprofessional from a company. We are expected to give a notice to change or cancel, but this company doesn’t show that same respect in return

I will never go back for any kind of mental health services. Last time I was there I was threatened by a member of a group therapy session, saying “he would beat my head in”, and after as I continued to express my opinions they told me to leave. Now it seems as if the person who was threatening me would be the one asked to leave. I never made any kind of violent threat towards anyone in any kind of recovery services, and I did not deserve to be talked to the way the staff has spoken to me. I have strong feelings about how poorly staffed the place is. I believe that most of the staff there are highly unprofessional and not understanding of another’s situation is at all. I think that the staff themselves could benefit from some mental health professionals themselves.
