Overall Feedback:

Edwin Berrios the creative director of DDM, is a total fraud. We hired him for design, but he ended up putting all the money in his pocket and giving us the worse material you can get. He also hired companies as subcontractors that knew nothing about construction. He is not allowed in my building anymore, and has a terrible reputation in the industry but we did not know. He steals money from the clients, and then says he doesnt have enough money to finish the project.
