Overall Feedback:
Was cold called by Bryan Marchant. Asked him to take me off his call list. 2 weeks later Mr. Marchant calls again claiming he didn't see his notes not to. I was looking for new insurance company so I agreed to hear him out. I communicated with him via email. He sent me a quote of 131 for 2 cars and a quote of $115 if I added homeowners. Not knowing better I believed him set up homeowners for the cheaper auto premium. I now had my rates down to $110 for homeowners (condominium) and $115 for auto. After agreeing Mr. Bryan Marchant was extremely less communicative. After 3 emails and 4 days going by I get an email saying he was sick. Today I requested the contract to move forward and the invoice to pay. Not a word & its 4:11pm. I called State Farm in S. Jordan spoke directly to Cassie J Isbell and was given a quote, insurance cards, within 20 minutes of calling. $106 a month for 2 cars and that's without homeowners insuranceMy personal opinion of Bryan Marchant is sales first client services last. dishonest business practices & legally violates removing people from the do not call list!
