We come to here for all of our company’s embroidered uniforms. They do a great job, the customer service is great, owner is always there...and my kids LOVE their Decal Monkey stick-on tattoos!

I came into Decal Monkey a couple of days ago and they helped me bring my vision to life. I got several items at a price that fits my budget. The staff gave lots of suggestions, many of them which I used. The shirt order I placed for my company was finished quickly and all of them were correct. I will be using them in the future.

The worst experience ever which is really sad due to the fact people in the car clubs would tell us how great they are. The little girl who is at the counter is so unprofessional. We asked for these stickers to be made, they were made incorrectly and she is blaming us that we told her incorrectly when she is the one writing it down in the file and gave us suggestions. We have to have the stickers re made AND we are RE-CHARGED and again still not done correctly. Then she doesn’t say anything not one word, doesn’t greet nothing. All her words were “do you want a receipt?” Not a “hello, sorry for the misunderstanding” or “how do these look?” I mean not even a “thank you”. No customer service at all. So honestly take your business somewhere else. Going to the mall to have stickers made at those kiosks will even be better. Don’t waste your time or money at this decal monkey.

Great customer service. Had some Decals put on Polo shirts for work. They did a great job. I will be using them for future work. Thanks guys!!!
