Overall Feedback:
We enlisted the services of Dedicated Marketing. Initially we needed our website revamped. A few months later we started using their Google Adwords service. I want to give an update to how satisfied I am with Dedicated Marketing’s service and how they are actually SAVING me money. Long story short, my company has been using lead-generator types of services (NOT affiliated with Dedicated Marketing) for a few years now. Basically, the way it works is that my company pays “X” amount of dollars for leads that homeowner’s submit that are potentially interested in the service we provide. Some of the leads turn into business (i.e. revenue) and some don’t, but regardless of the outcome I have to pay for the lead. The cost of these leads has gone up over time, and they are on average $19/ea right now. To cut to the chase, my company has seen such an influx of business generated by our website, thanks to Dedicated Marketing’s services, that we have actually turned the lead generator services off now for 4 weeks straight. Our website alone is simply generating more business than we can take on without hiring additional personnel. Having this lead generating service turned off for the past 4 weeks has saved my company about $600. If this trend continues like I believe it will, we are on track to save over $7,500/year. I realize $7,500 might not be a lot of money to a large company, but it is a lot of money to this small, local, family owned business. Kudos to Dedicated Marketing.
