Had a schedule ride to grocery store to be taken at 8:30 am. They came at 7:50 am and left at 8:10 am...according to dispatcher a call was placed before leaving. I explained there was no call or message left from a dispatcher or driver on my phone, to let me know they were waiting and would be leaving. The dispatcher did not apoligize nor offer alternative for that day. Including an explanation. She, was surprise of the follow-through by the driver.Working in Customer Service Industry for a large insurance company for many years, our top priority was outstanding service.This was not my first time riding this bus and I clearly understood the policies and procedures....I believe, DATA Bus needs to brush up on their customer service so everyone practices the same procedures.I am disappointed with this outcome.
