I was hit by a car, but she managed to convince police that I had hit her. This insurance office didn't lift a finger to defend me or try to protect me from paying. They didn't look at my car to see that she had obviously had hit me. They paid the claim, and now my yearly insurance is $400- higher than before.We had a hurricane last hear that cause a power surge that damaged my refrigerator. I called to hear if my homeowner's insurance would cover the damage and lost food. The agent I spoke with was very sarcastic and practically sneered at me while all but accusing me of trying to commit fraud.
