We've been working with Renee to have our website Search Engine Optimized. She has been fantastic, and has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. There are two huge reasons why you should work with her: 1) complete transparency, 2) she takes responsibility and won't leave you high and dry. I'm a layman, I don't understand the technical language, which always creates a concern about whom you can trust. Unlike everyone else who seemed more concerned with selling us an overpriced website, or putting us on a book of business as a receivable, Renee was up front and transparent about the work she was doing, and how much it would actually cost. She worked with us to keep pricing fair, and advocated for our financial interests, when she had no real motivation to do so. In addition, when we ran into problems with our site loading speed, she stayed to make sure that those problems were resolved even though she didn't technically need to. She took full responsibility for the project. A less ethical person would have pointed to the limits of a contract, and left us with top notch SEO work, but a slow loading website. What all of this means is that this is someone that you can actually trust to put your interests first, and work to make your business a success.
