What was the best part of the experience?
For a while we contemplated hiring a social media manager to help us conquer social media just as we had conquered local publications and the like. When talking about this at a BMA meeting, I was referred to talk to Mr. Clanton about their social media offerings. We had some fruitful discussions which resulted in them building out our social media for us to help us generate more business online. In the first year alone we saw a 212% increase in sales revenue. While a good portion of this was direct traffic from social, we do believe some of it was a better public image and memorable brand due to people seeing us on social as well._x000D_
What would you change about the experience?
There is a certain challenge when you’re outsourcing part of your marketing, but DMA was well equipped to help us overcome the hurdles and challenges involved. We couldn’t have done it without them._x000D_
