Justin created a living trust for my parents back in 2007. My parents both passed away, so it came time for me to take care of the estate.My parents had gotten a reverse mortgage on the house, so of course I had to get a new loan on the house. I sent the lender a copy of the trust. She calls me back and tells me that the trust was never recorded, and was never transferred to the deed of the house. Justin clearly didn't do his job and never recorded this with the county like he was supposed to. I called him numerous times, left messages, emailed him, you name it. He refused to return any of my calls.What a horrible person. Now I am left to deal with this nightmare after losing both of my parents.
