This doctors office refused to see my college student at 740, even though they list their closing time as 8. There was no reason to turn away a patient with a simple sinus infection if you are listing your business as open til 8. If the staff wants to be leaving at 8, then they should change their hours to 7. We have doctors care here and I have never had a problem with them refusing to see me. Avoid this location

Apparently there is a limit to the number of propagating check in online. Appear to be short staffed, not organized. Wouldn't allow me access to my sick wife once she finally made it back to a room.

Still waiting on Dr. Just got called back from waiting room. Been here over 2 hours with a 6 year old who has been fevering for 5 days. Now waiting on Dr. She slept 14 hours last night and is tired now. Nephew had mono last month. When I mentioned having labs drawn, per requested by her Dr in Chas at our fri appt last week, the old lady nurse says, "well she doesn't have a fever now". I told her she fevered tues (day/night) wed (day/night) highest 103.6. Fine thursday. Thurs night fever, Friday fever (day/night). No fever Sat. And woke up sun with fever day/night. Slept 14 hours and woke up with sore throat and pink eyes. This is a little obsurd. We were #6 when we walked in.

Very professional. I was seen quickly. Took a strep test per my request. Diagnosed my sinus infection. Sent prescriptions o er to pharmacy. It was 730 at night. Thank you for taking care of this out of towner.
