I will not return to this company. Yes the store looks nice and it is well maintain, but personnel (mainly the engraver Scott Gemol) lacks customer service. Perhaps that is the reason why they keep him at the back of the store instead of engaging customers. I purchased a couple of items and brought them into the store to be engraved. The products were brand new and never opened prior to my submission. Once the job was complete and upon my inspection, there were scratches on 2 of the 3 items I had engraved. I was not looking for a discount, but rather an explanation on how/why it occurred. The engraver (Scott) did not handle the situation as you would think, insisting the product was already scratched prior to his work. Keep in mind, the products were never opened prior to submission. Scott's demeanor/attitude was something you would not expect from a customer service employee. He did not represent this company well and I will not come back to this store.
