They come set up all the equipment and don't tell us anything no passwords nothing so we have to call and spend hours on the phone with them then we found out they put our router in our unfinished basement without telling us and we can't even get to it because of cobwebs and things and now they want to charge us just to come move it when they're the ones that put it into a place that we can't get to we do not use our basement so I think we're going to switch companies because I'm not being charged for them to mess it up multiple times just so they can give us a few they do this on purpose to get more money obviously.

Decent internet for being in the country. Horrible customer service. Have had them for about year now bought a router from them when service was installed. Router is under a year old but linksys somehow says the warranty was up over 6 months ago and that the unit is refurbished according to their system. D and P swears its new when installed either way I now have to buy a new router. Thanks for nothing D and P.

The girls in the office are so sweet also I'm really grateful you guys are here in Adrian. We've got your cable & internet had it for almost 2years now &it's been so great having the office right in town. I love you guys!

Horrible internet. I’ve called they say they will “see” if they can get someone out to try to get better service but they never show up. They can come get their useless stuff I’ll be canceling this service ASAP.

Have their internet and it sucks! It's always going out, it's out right now. Doesn't matter what time day or night. Too much money for what you get. Never have I ever received 50 mps.
