Way too expensive for internet in my opinion. We signed up for the package that was $139 a month and our internet wasn't very good so we added another router because they said it would give the fastest speeds available but only they messed up and for some reason we couldnt even watch tv on cable anymore and it was worse than before. They said they would send someone out again to look at it but we would have to pay a fee we were paying $200 a month when it was supposed to be $139 because they add so many taxes on to each individual thing you have monthly. I ask if we could remove anything to get it down to around $150 a month as we originally thought it would be but they said no. We paid $300 deposit to begin with but we told them to turn it off because we couldn't afford $200 a month for internet because our cable never did get fixed and they did but of course charged us our $300 deposit for a early disconnection fee. Rip off in my opinion. Go get a wifi box at walmart and pay $50 a month for a card for it and it works just as well. Versus $200 a month. I truthfully think they will loose alot of customers because their prices are outrageous and their are so many places that are faster internet service for a quarter of the price they charge!
