Great experience with these folks. From the site survey guy to the people I pay in the office. Better Internet than I expected. In fact, it's perfect for what my wife and I need. Great people, great product, I couldn't be happier.

Love and respect the owners but terrible customer service. Was told someone would be out to check compatibility and call us back a week later no call so we called them were told they would check with the tech and get right back to us never heard back. Called again the guy who answers is very rude. Explained again that no one called us back and was told that they are busy and it's not their fault if a tech does not call us back. I told him whoever answered the phone and said they would call back should have called back. That is customer service.
