Overall Feedback:
Our organization has had a significantly bad experience with this company. We originally needed phone lines installed for our office extension, which Dynacom did for us in May of this year. We paid our full invoice of $2,182.40, however we experienced several issues after the job was completed, one of which was a high frequency buzzing on one of the phone lines. This issue made it difficult to hear or have conversations on the phone. After explaining the situation to Dynacom's office, they sent 2 Dynacom technicians back to our office to service our issues. The issue was not resolved upon this service trip, and when I attempted to explain our issue to one of the technicians, I was told by another one of our staff that this tech even rolled his eyes at me. After all of this, our issue is not resolved, and Dynacom is attempting to charge us another $402.80! Our VP and I have attempted to contact their office 4-5 times now and were told several times that a manager would call us to discuss, but never did. We have also sent emails in response to their accounting department, all to no avail. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had - please do not use this company!
