If your cable or internet goes down its noone to call or talk to. No technical support team. U can leave a message and noone will call back... you will be out of service for the weekend or holiday... they should be shameful to allow such a low budget business to be the only company to provide for their city and they don't have the means to serve us properly.... but i guess u pick a company that goes with the city.. please cleveland take over.... the only people that would approve of this service is people who was born and raised in East Cleveland

i had to get East Cleveland Cable cause Spectrum told me that for me to get their service i'd have to pay 9 grand for them to tunnel underground to the pole in my area. well it's not a bad service but the speeds they're offering are.

The internet constantly goes down. I don't understand what this cable company is doing but whatever it is they're not doing it right. I can never count on it. Another company needs to come in and take over.
