Matt an employee who works at USPS deserves 5 stars. I had checked my P.O. Box yesterday afternoon , left my keys (car keys attached) in the lock, someone must have turned them in so it was in my P.O. Box. I approached Matt in the delivery center and explained to him that my keys were inside my box and I really needed them. At first he asked me to come back Monday when USPS opens. He sensed that I really needed my keys and verified my P.O. Box. He was extremely nice and professional and as I mentioned he deserves 5 stars. uSPS is very privileged to have an employee like him. Thank you so much .
