Finally I got My open mail!! 1-) That's a federal offence! It took 13 weeks for that PERSON!! My brother!!,, to do the right thing!! And let the ]postal manager know of him keeping my checks!!! Since he moved out , and we have same last name and middle name he kept opening my mail.that should have came to me not his P.O. BOX!!!! While I was not receiving my checks to pay my bills!!! And since I put a stop payment,, the state.., county takes 6-to 8 weeks for me to get my checks yes now is 7 checks BECOUSE of the process of investigation!!!!! I am on the fence of preceding with legal action!!!! But I gave the postal office 5 stars because theySend me a letter of what have been happening!! P.S. my birth name...... Eduardo Cecena Cabrero.
