EmbroidMe has stitched at least 300 different things for my daughter's competitive gymnastics teams. Each item has been of the highest quality and attention to detail. Charles has always met our crazy deadlines and his pricing is very reasonable.

I dropped off a backpack over the weekend to be embroidered. The end result exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to Embroidme in the near future!

Dropped off item with 8 day lead time. Went to pick it up and told it would not be ready for another 4 days due to a family emergency. Understand these things occur, but do not accept not receiving a call to alert me of the situation so I could make other arrangements. Was told they would try to get someone in to do the job and would call me to let me know by 2:00. No call. I went to pick up the item to take it somewhere else at 3:30 and it had been completed and looked good. Appreciate receiving the completed item to meet my deadline but would not use them again. I have no confidence in their management.
