Incredibly appalled by the way I was treated by the manager Nick. Person in sales told me a custom last minute item may be possible and to get there as soon as possible. Trecked my small children in the pouring rain to the store only to find out my request would be "too expensive." As I was exiting the building I verbalized my frustration for time wasted. The manager Nick then proceeds to follow me out to the parking lot to my vehicle and yelled at me in front of my little girls! Incredibly uncomfortable and a bit nervous, I dismissed Nick and attempted to get into my vehicle. He persisted and continued to yell at me telling me that I needed to "grow up." Quite ironic coming from the business manager yelling at a customer he chased down in a parking lot in front of her small children in the pouring rain! NEVER AGAIN. I'm still disturbed by this experience.
