Overall Feedback:

Nice people. Great service. They called to verify a color in my design and clarified navy blue. They used royal blue and ruined the garments I brought in, which I had to throw away. A Carhartt FR jacket ($300) and a 5.11 shirt ($75). Planned to have more work done, but, not after this. Disappointed
