Nice people. Great service. They called to verify a color in my design and clarified navy blue. They used royal blue and ruined the garments I brought in, which I had to throw away. A Carhartt FR jacket ($300) and a 5.11 shirt ($75). Planned to have more work done, but, not after this. Disappointed

No one greeted me when I walked through the door even though I was the only customer. No, " I'll be right with you" or anything like that. Employees just walked past me with no type of acknowledgement that I was there. Bad first impression. I'll take my business elsewhere.
