Completely incompetent. Tried to use them for a out of state boat and trailer title and licensing transfer purchased through a dealer. After the dealer having issues with them I called to verify all the paperwork and documents they required where correct before going down to sign, with them rejecting some of the paperwork and requesting certified scale weights. Talked with two other DMV's about what is required finding that the basic documents originally sent by the dealer was more than sufficient. The arrogant rude attitude of the employee I delt with and the run around with the paperwork is inexcusable.
