Just recently and this was the first time it happen, I ordered drawbag and the print was hard to read. Chandrell and team was able to corrected to the problem and remake the bags for me. Good customer service is hard to come by. I tried ordering fidget cubes through two other vendors who were absolutely terrible before finding ePromos. Throughout my entire order process my customer service experience has been fantastic. I had questions during checkout so I used the chat feature. Robert was extremely helpful. He really went above and beyond. Once ordered, I started getting nervous that my items weren't going to make it on time for an event so I reached out. Anna checked on my order and made sure I received it in time. I even got it a day earlier than expected! Not only is the customer service great, I'm also very happy with my purchase.
