Bought a new holland skidsteer using this dealer. Have had horrible customer service as well as have not received all of my equipment! Have tried emailing and calling, even had manager call me, but have not had my issue resolved! Would not recommend to anyone and will not be doing business with this company!

We were referred to Pflugerville location from their Waco location. If you are looking for a tractor or skid steer, they have good machines in stock.

I have called Brian Ford 4 times in last 2 months to have someone come look at our Clark Forklift. It only has 600 hours just won't start. He tells me someone is coming but no one shows up. Called him again today Mar 21st 2017. Now he said they charge before going out for service calls. I told him no problem, so he was going to have someone call me tom. Lets see how it goes. I can't call anyone else since they are authorized dealer for Clark Forklift. WOW how have these survived this long.

The parts department is horrible. I have dealt with them several times since they are the only dealer in town. You can look forward to dealing with a condescending parts guy who knows nothing about the equipment. It seems all they can do is look up numbers in a computer and if the number isnt there they cant help you. If you are getting parts for a farm tractor and can find a Case equivilent (ie TD95-JX95)save yourself the hassle and go to the Case dealer.
