When we signed up for the gutter cleaning services, we were told that in addition to the usual cleaning methods they would hose down through the down spouts to flush out any debris with water. Our house is fairly large and so when a crew of two showed up and departed after less than 15 minutes, it was a surprise to us. They left leaves dumped from the gutters on the back deck. We called the company to report, and they had the crew return to our house. When we asked why the hosing was not done we were told "there was nothing in the downspout" (they have x-ray devices?!) and they also had no leaf blowers to clean up the dumped debris which they said was already there on the deck, and not their doing which was not true. One of the workers was rude and appeared to be agitated. We had scheduled window cleaning but cancelled due to this poor service.
