Jenna deserves 5 stars! She is extremely personable and takes the time to answer all my questions. What I appreciate the most is if she does not have an answer, she researches and gets back to me rather than guessing and giving me incorrect information. When I was having issues with an accident settlement claim, she took the initiative to make some phone calls for me to get my claim processed. I have been with State Farm for 34 years. Unfortunately, I would give this office overall 2 stars due to misinformation as well as carelessness with personal information shared inappropriately on mutiple occasions over the last 3 years. After recent claims, I learned later that the information I received was incorrect. For basic insurance enrollment , this office is quick and efficient in my experience.
