Recently I needed to file a claim on my home owner’s policy. I didn’t get a response from the people in the claims office about the progress of my claim, so I called the local office, Erik Hosking Insurance Agency. When I called in I got Jenna. She told me my claim was closed and the claim was denied. I explained the situation to Jenna and she went out of her way to verify the information I presented and made sure that the company stood behind what I was told when filing my claim.Jenna has dedicated several hours of her time to my situation and has gone over and above to make sure I am a satisfied client. Because this was a rather unusual situation I have had to call the office several times and have spoken to all the people in Erik’s office, including Erik. They are wonderful caring people and I would recommend Erik and his team to anyone that asks.Thank you Jenna for all of your help!
