Customer care and service not the best. I moved and I was pleased to hear my insurance premium went down but since then I've had nothing but problems. I've had multi car discount and accident free for years and for some reason it was removed. I called office to correct I was told I would get a call back in 5 min a hour passes no call I had to call back. Recently had problem with getting bills I call and insurance has lapsed. I have had State Farm since I was 16 and with my whole family. Very disappointed. I will be changing agents. The customer service was very harsh not a pleasant experience.
