Feedback:
I'm not happy with this company. They are the preferred vendor for a very large company that I work for. We are required to use them to get a subsidy on our cost. It has been the worst experience ever. My sign was supposed to be installed 1.5 months ago. Brian M is my coordinator. He doesn't listen and has made multiple mistakes that have caused many delays along the way. I prefaced our initial conversation that I wanted my sign up 2 weeks early. After a small delay in the beginning, I reminded him of this again. He managed to not follow my initial requirements that were clearly spelled out for him. He requested a permit from the wrong city even though I specifically told him which city was doing the permits. He is scrambling around now that we are 1 month passed the original promise date. We are now looking at being moved in for 1 month and will not have a sign. I'm confident that they will mess up again and it will continue to be a problem. It would be one thing if this was an isolated event, but a very similar experience happened with my wife who also works for the same company and have delays and mess ups along the way as well. I would never chose to use this company again regardless if the sign was free at this point. I will use someone local for everything in the future instead of a captive national contract where they are overcharging for the product to begin with.
