ECP provided me a couple weeks of committed detail work on my resumes, letters, and other artifacts. They have provided some coaching on interview approaches and follow-up that I thought were valuable. Four weeks into it, I haven't seen a huge uptick in employer interest but have had a couple comments on how powerful my resume is. They have stopped calling and following up and my rep is not always responsive now.

My Marketing Coach required me to prepare success stories from my past accomplishments. I was able to prepare 15 stories. I didn't know I had those in me! My coach used the stories to create 5 customizable versions of my resume, a biograpgical resume, and letter templates for contacting LinkedIn contacts, recruiters, venture capitalists/private equity contacts, and employers. My coach also created my personal website and optimized my LinkedIn account. I was given a 13 week marketing plan to follow. I was encouraged to leave my comfort zone and start increasing my LinkedIn contacts, and following up on recruiter, VC/PE, and employer mailings ECP did for me. When you need a job its easy to get down and unmotivated, but ECP did all the heavy lifting for me including positive feedback on my accomplishments and value. I give them the highest recommendation and encourage you to use them.

I scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation by email and text, but at the scheduled time they did not call me. I strongly suggest finding another service provider.
